  6. Ketika sudah matang, loyang jangan langsung dikeluarkan dari oven & diamkan selama 5 menit. Keluarkan loyang & dinginkan menggunakan suhu ruang (jangan lepas dari loyang sampai benar2 dingin). Dibawah adalah foto ketika cake baru keluar oven – less than 5 minutes cake mulai menyusut – setelah baking paper dicopot dari cake. Lalu simpan di lemari es minimal 5 jam atau overnight.
