  13. (Opt) 1 sdt vanilla essence.
  14. Adonan C.
  15. 200 whipped cream.
  16. 400 ml air dingin.
  17. 200 gr cheese cream.
  18. Mango Glaze.
  19. 1/2 buah mangga potong dadu/ iris tipis terserah.
  20. 1 pack nutrijel mangga.
  21. 3 sdm gula.
  22. 350 ml air.

  5. Adonan C: campurkan whipcream bubuk dengan air dingin, mix sebentar hingga berbentuk whip (jangan terlalu lama) lalu masukan creamcheese.
  6. Mix adonan A + B + C sampe tercampur rata. Pake spatula aja.
  7. Masukan adonan cheesecake diatas crust yang sudah di bekukan. Masukan lagi ke dalam freezer 10-15 menit.
  8. Glaze: Didihkan air + jelly + mangga yang sudah di chop..
  9. Masukan glaze diatas lapisan cheesecake. Masukan kedalam kulkas selama kurleb 4 jam. Di freezer lebih cepat.
  10. Jadi dehhh โœจ.
