Untuk membuat Tiramisu beberapa bahan yang harus disiapkan:

  1. 2 bungkus biskuit egg drop.
  2. 2 sacet kopi bubuk (Nescafe) + air 200ml.
  3. Cheese cream:.
  4. 250 gr keju mascarpone.
  5. 200 gr whipped cream bubuk.
  6. 400 ml air dingin(es) atau susu cair dingin.
  7. 2 sacet SKM putih.
  8. 1 sdt vanila.
  9. Topping: coklat bubuk.

Proses pembuatan Tiramisu

  1. Siapkan wadah lalu campur SKM, vanila,whipped cream,&susu/air dingin kocok menggunakan mixer sampai mengembang & kaku sekitar 7-8 menit.aduk keju mascarpone sampai lembut lalu masukkan kedalam whipped cream aduk sampai rata menggunakan spatula.simpan dikulkas sambil menunggu siap untuk digunakan.
  2. Campur kopi dengan air panas aduk rata,tunggu sampai kopi hangat.setelah hangat.siapkan biskuit egg drop.
  3. Setelah hangat masukkan egg drop satu persatu kedalam cairan kopi lalu tata diloyang sampai permukaan loyang terisi rata.
  4. Masukkan cream cheese kedalam Piping bag(plastik segitiga) tadi yg disimpan dalam kulkas sebelum'y lalu gunting ujung plastik semprotkan sampai lapisan biskuit tertutup rata oleh cream cheese.tata kembali biskuit yg telah dicelupkan kembali kedalam cairan kopi seperti tadi lalu semprot2kan kembali cream cheese ulangi 3-4 lapisan secara bergantian.
  5. Setelah itu tutup bagian paling atas menggunakan cream cheese lalu taburi dengan coklat bubuk menggunakan ayakan agar hasil coklat halus & merata.setelah semua selesai simpan kembali dalam kulkas agar lebih meresap.aku buat malam baru disajikan besok sorenya..
