Untuk membuat Coffee Bun kita harus mempersiapkan bahan berikut:

  1. Water roux (tangzhong).
  2. 2 sdm terigu pro tinggi.
  3. 100 ml air.
  4. Roti.
  5. 1/2 sdm ragi instant.
  6. 50 gram gula pasir.
  7. 70 ml air hangat.
  8. 1/2 sachet SKM (boleh ganti 1 sdm susu bubuk).
  9. 250 gram terigu pro tinggi.
  10. 1 butir telur.
  11. 2 sdm mentega.
  12. sejumput garam.
  13. Topping.
  14. 1 sachet nescafe classic.
  15. 1 sdt indocafe mocca(boleh ganti essens mocca).
  16. 50 gram gula pasir.
  17. 50 gram mentega.
  18. 50 gram terigu pro sedang/ rendah.
  19. 1/2 butir telur.
  20. 5 sdm air panas.

Adonan roti: Campur ragi, terigu, gula, telur, susu dan water roux tambahkan air sedikit2, uleni atau mixer sampai setengah kalis tambahkan mentega dan garam uleni sampai kalis elastis, test window pane ya lalu istirahatkan adonan sampai mengembang 2 kali lipat sekitar 1 jam (saya 1 1/2 jam sesuai suhu ruang)..
  4. Kempiskan adonan bagi menjadi 40 gram bulatkan adonan beri isian sesuai selera bisa keju atau butter lalu istirahatkan 1 jam..
  5. Sambil beri topping panaskan oven suhu 170˚ 15 menit, lalu turunkan suhu di 160˚ panggang sekitar 25 menit. Sesuaikan oven masing2. Selamat mencoba..
